Comment: On page 45 question #19 asks which of the following is false. Page 46 states that the answer is A. I believe the correct answer is C, as the text on P. 25 states that wild rice can take 40 minutes or longer to cook, and answer C states that it can take an hour or longer to cook.

Comment: Baked cheesecakes should not be baked at 200 C. This temperature is too hot and would result in a dark brown top with an undercooked centre. The correct baking temperature is 350 F (176.6 C). ***Also, PLEASE list Fahrenheit oven temperatures in the next revision of all COOK ILMs. We don't use Celsius oven temperatures in Canada, so why are they in the ILMs? Is expecting our students to memorize Celsius oven temperatures of any benefit to them at work, where all of their ovens are in Fahrenheit?
