Comment: Referencing the second paragraph under Figure 4: The text is indecisive about how to identify months as it explains the non-stocking phase criteria. In lines 3 and 5 of this paragraph, June is referred to as the 5th month (I believe this should be 6th month), then in line seven, July is referred to as month six. If there is a demand in January, that is a piece demand in a month, so therefore January is month 1. June should be considered month 6, and November month 11. One might argue that January doesn't count, as we are recording time forward from the first hit, but that doesn't really make much sense in the way we approach this concept. If the above rings true, then Figure 4 should also be modified to match the updated text.
