Comment: In Figure 28 for the radius edge orifice plate the text states "the narrowest part of the hole on the downstream side of the plate" and the accompanying arrow points to the opposite or the widest part of the plate on the downstream side. An arrow should be added to reflect the proper flow or the orifice plate reversed.

Comment: Objective 1 Exercise Answers, Question 5 answer should disagree with the anwer #4: Looking at the drawing, it is obviously a hemispherical tank, and the calculations should show that.: V= (pi x r x r x L) + 4/3 pi x r x r x r = (3.1416 x 2.3256 x 6.25) + (1.3333 x 3.1416 x 3.546) = 45.6632 + 14.8556 = 60.52
